With a wide variety of measurements, both English and millimetric, and different thicknesses according to the operating parameters, they are manufactured in any required length. In order to ensure a correct seal and facilitate assembly, all cuts are square ground and polished.

Additionally, all the tubular sight glasses as well as all the lubrication tubes are subjected to a tempering heat treatment which confers mechanical characteristics of resistance to them to withstand higher working pressures and a longer useful life.

They are used in numerous applications where both chemical resistance and a low coefficient of thermal expansion are required characteristics. Tubular sight glass outer diameters are available in various sizes from 1/2″ to 8″ and lengths range up to 59.06″. The Zight-gl level tube is available in different wall thicknesses according to the pressure requirements of the equipment and is supplied with the ends cut with a diamond disc and squared in order to ensure sealing and avoid sharp edges.
